Who do we call to choose our travel dates?
Call our vacation coordinators at 1-877-336-8992, seven days a week from 8am to 9pm CST. We will check availability at your property and set your dates, shows and attractions in one call.
What happens next after we purchase one of your vacation getaways?
You will receive a confirmation email with your package details. When you are ready to travel, call us to choose your dates, and we will reserve your lodging and help you pick your shows and attractions.
Most packages can be used any time within 12 months of purchase, excluding holidays and blackout dates.
What is a resort preview presentation?
Packages marked “Resort Presentation Rate” are discounted because you agree to attend a 90 to 120 minute presentation about vacation ownership during your stay. There is no cost and no obligation to buy. See our Terms & Conditions for the full qualifications.
Can we add additional nights to our vacation getaway?
Yes. Extra nights can usually be added at a discounted nightly rate, subject to availability. Ask your coordinator when you book your dates.
How do I qualify for the resort preview presentation?
Qualifications vary by resort, but typically include:
- Married or cohabiting couples attend together
- Both guests are at least 25 years old
- A combined household income of at least $50,000
- A valid major credit card
- Living 100+ miles from Branson

Do you charge a service fee?
No. We do not charge service fees or mark-ups. As a large buyer of seats, tickets and room nights, we pass our savings on to you.
Where do I get my tickets?
Show and attraction tickets are held for you at will call, or can be picked up at our Welcome Center at 2005 W 76 Country Blvd, Ste 206. Your coordinator will tell you exactly where each ticket is waiting.
Can we cancel or reschedule?
Most packages include free trip protection allowing cancellation up to 48 hours before your vacation start date, and dates can be rescheduled with your coordinator subject to availability.
